What Fortune is

A private travel calendar for iGaming professionals. You mark which conferences you're attending; friends you've connected with see those plans; everyone plans real intros around real overlaps. The killer feature is the MCP integration — connect Claude, ChatGPT, or another MCP-compatible LLM and it can read your calendar and update RSVPs on your behalf.

We may change features, pause the service, or end the beta with reasonable notice. Beta access is by invitation only — every new user comes through an existing user's invite link.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for the actions taken from your account, including by any LLM you connect via MCP. If you suspect compromise, revoke MCP tokens from Settings → AI and reset your password through Clerk.

We may suspend or revoke access if your use damages other users (spammy invites, harassment, attempts to scrape friends-of-friends, abuse of the MCP endpoint).

Invitations

Each Fortune user gets a permanent invite link tied to their handle (getfortune.ai/i/<handle>). Sharing it adds the new person to your friend graph automatically on sign-up. Don't share it with people you don't actually know — invitations are meaningful, not promotional.

Content you create

You retain ownership of the content you put into Fortune — RSVPs, private notes, profile fields, friend connections you accept. By using Fortune you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display that content (a) to you, (b) to friends you've connected with as the data model permits, and (c) to LLMs you authorise via MCP. Nothing else.

We don't train any model on your content. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't make it public.

MCP integrations

When you authorise an MCP client (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.), Fortune issues a session token to that client. The client can then read your trips, RSVPs, friend overlaps, and private notes, and update RSVPs and notes on your behalf. You can list connected clients and revoke individually from Settings → AI.

Anything an LLM does on Fortune is an action by you — if your AI RSVPs you to an event, that's a real RSVP. Don't connect an MCP client you don't trust with calendar writes.

Event catalog accuracy

The event catalog is admin-curated. We pull from public sources (organiser sites, AffPapa) and normalise dates, cities, and venues. We don't guarantee any event actually takes place on the date listed — organisers change schedules. Always confirm with the organiser before booking flights.

What we don't guarantee

Fortune is provided as-is. No warranties of uptime, accuracy of event listings, that emails are delivered to your inbox and not spam, that your friends will actually show up to the dinners they RSVP'd to, or that your business deals will close. We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service running and accurate, and you're free to leave anytime.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of Fortune is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months — which is zero, since the beta is free. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, missed business opportunities, or your travel costs if a conference gets cancelled.

Termination

You can leave anytime — Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. We'll wipe your profile, RSVPs, friendships, notes, and MCP tokens within 7 days. Your past RSVPs will disappear from your friends' history.

We may close the service or your account with reasonable notice. If we do, we'll let you export your data first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state where Fortune's operating entity is registered. Any disputes go through that jurisdiction's courts. If a clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
